1. Who we are
This website (Luxury Residences Dubai) is operated by Noard Real Estate LLC, a real estate company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Noard Real Estate LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and through our related advertising forms. This policy is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: the contact form and the introductory enquiry form on our Who We Are page collect your name, email address, phone number with country calling code, and an optional message. A country calling code is not a separate declaration of your country of residence. Through Meta lead forms or conversations with our team, you may also give us your country of residence and answers about your property interests, such as preferred market, budget or timing.
Information collected automatically: our hosting and Google Analytics may process technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived on the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. Our analytics events record the page where an enquiry was successfully submitted or a phone, email or WhatsApp link was clicked; they do not include the name, email, phone number or message submitted in our forms.
3. How we collect it
We collect information through the contact and enquiry forms on this website; through lead forms in our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram (Meta); through email, phone and WhatsApp conversations with our team; and through cookies and analytics on this website.
Website enquiries are saved in our Lovable Cloud database. After an enquiry is saved, the website sends a plain-text notification through Google Mail (Gmail) to our team at Klaas@Noardrealestate.com, containing your name, email, phone number, the enquiry page and your message. The stored enquiry remains available to our team even if the email notification cannot be delivered.
4. Why we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and contact you, for example for an introductory call; to send you information about projects and our services, including purchase, rental and property management; to send updates or newsletters only if you have agreed to this, with the option to unsubscribe at any time; to improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations, such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks when a purchase goes ahead.
5. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, for our legitimate interests (such as responding to enquiries and improving our services), or to comply with legal obligations. The basis depends on the purpose of the processing and the law that applies; where consent is required, we rely on consent.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary with service providers that work on our behalf, including Lovable Cloud for website hosting and enquiry storage, Google Mail (Gmail) for enquiry notifications, and Google Analytics for website measurement; with Meta when you use our Facebook or Instagram lead forms, and WhatsApp when you contact us there; with real estate developers or partners involved in a purchase, only when relevant to your request and with your knowledge; and with authorities when we are legally required to.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to display the site's fonts and may transmit technical information such as your IP address. External social-media links take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
7. International transfers
Our team and service providers may process your data outside your country of residence, including in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we take appropriate measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority in your country of residence.
11. Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag to measure website visits, traffic sources and interactions, including successful enquiries and clicks on phone, email and WhatsApp links. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<measurement identifier> to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. The website sends these events to the configured Google Analytics measurement properties.
The private administrator sign-in uses browser local storage to maintain an authenticated session. This is separate from visitor analytics. This website currently has no cookie banner or consent preference tool, and no Meta Pixel is installed on the website. Meta lead forms run on Facebook and Instagram and are also subject to Meta's own cookie and privacy policies.
You can manage, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to limit Google Analytics measurement in supported browsers. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage may affect some functionality, including administrator sign-in.
12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
